Līdūkšņas Lake
Līdūkšņas Lake (Līdeksnas Lake, Kalašu Lake, Murinovas Lake) is located on the Latgales upland, in Pilda parish of Ludza municipality. It is 155.4 m above sea level.
The shores of the lakes are sloping, indented. By the northern shore there is an island with area of 0.7 ha and another small island and 6 m deep depth in the north-eastern part. It is a running-water lake, there is a connection with Nirzas Lake. Kalaša stream, Kukarenkas stream, several ditches; in the north-west the Līdeksna River flows out of the lake. It is a eutrophic lake; the level of eutrophication is 20%. Around the lake there are forests and marshes.
Area: 95.5 ha, with islands 96.2 ha
Legth: 1.7 km, max. width: 0.85 km.
Average depth: 4.3 m, max. depth: 8.6 m.
Basin: 34.6 km2 (it belongs to the basin of the Velikaya River)
